My Apple HomePod wasn’t working, and I wasted hours trying to fix it myself with no luck. I took it to Ready2Tek, and they had it working in under 15 minutes. I found them through Apple’s website and will definitely return for any future Apple product needs.

Brought in my Apple laptop 1 week before trip. They said 24 hr to get the parts and 24 hour to get fixed. Didn’t hear back from them. On day 3 I call and they say let me check. Hasn’t arrived but don’t worry will come tomorrow they will call me. No call. Day later I call then they said it’s delayed cause of the storm. Anyway didn’t get repaired and had to get refund. Took numerous calls to get refund. After trip assistant took it back to them. They said will order part and will call when it gets in. No call she called today 3 days later. They said will call you back. They called back to say they will order it again and will rush it. Avoid this place. Took it down the street phones r us. Much better reviews and much better service. Just more organized.

They are amazing. They spent a long time with me trying to fix my phone. When they want to help, they mean it. Highly recommend always going here first.

Don’t come here. I put in a ticket with Apple to have my watch crown fixed. They let me know that they would do their best to fix the crown on my watch. It’s been 3 months. They originally told me it would take a week. I’ve been getting the run around and keep getting told it will be ready today or tomorrow. I’m fed up. They’re nice but not reliable at all
