Super easy to set the delivery. The seller was very kind and helpful. He gave us an incredible deal with great quality products. I recommend the ultra gel mattress for the quality and also the guaranty that comes with it. Will most definitely buy there again.

RD Meubles Review: in case you were looking for one but can’t find any reviews related to their furniture: their stuff is pretty fair priced, the quality varies per piece, I would say some of them I’d take home, and some of them were like what you pay for. I wouldn’t know about its longevity but the staff in LaSalle are pretty accommodating especially for an Anglo like me. I would say if you can visit them in person, do it so you can see the product before committing the online purchase.

This is the worst service I ever got. My sofa arrived damaged and I sent pictures to the manager in Lasalle, who, at first was very receptive and assured me the company would acknowledge the problem and exchange the item, provided I fill in an official claim via the website. At first they were very friendly and understanding. A few days later I received an email asking for more photos. I was out of town and responded it was not possible at this time and that the manager had already provided validation that the couch was damaged. No response for a week after which I finally sent the pictures. No response for another week. I went back to the store, who sent me back to head office who sent me back to the store. Finally I was refunded after two emails and two phone conversations and two visits to Lasalle but the seller couldn’t put together a contract for the extraction of the couch. A simple « ca va être en fin de semaine » was said without any other precise information and he was rather dismissive, perhaps because I was no longer of any use as a customer. Customer service ended up calling me that weekend telling me I was to return the couch on my own somehow. After another disagreeable conversation with Bruno at the Lasalle store, it was agreed the couch would be picked up this week, exactly one month after I signalled the complaint. I should add I filed the complaint within the allotted 48h after delivery on July 16th. Still waiting. August 18th. I asked for a more precise delivery time than a 5h block, since I have pretty much had it with them and it was agreed he would try for 3-5pm. Just received an email that delivery would pick up the sofa between 6-10am. With the wrong postal code. What is wrong with this company! I tried filing a complaint and there is no link for complaints on the site, just for damaged or missing parts. Do not shop there. If things go wrong, they leave it all up to you with no support and constant gaslighting. I work for a company nearby that has a good relationship to the store and we recommend them to our residents. Even after mentioning I worked there and couldn’t believe the service I was getting nothing changed.
