Great people, but a long wait each time I go there. There are 8 service counters, and but usually 2-3 people are there to work. Super slow. The enterprise counter is not taking clients on a regular basis, so that adds up to a long wait if you also want to conduct your business banking.

Worst branch and worst client service I’ve ever noticed. My card was blocked and they couldn’t help me, on December 4 (Monday) they refused to service me at all, supposedly security department is closed, it’s 4pm and still they have to pay attention to other customers after 30min waiting in a queue Usually I’m never leaving negative feedback, but this time it was a scream of my soul P.s. 3 days I’ve been attending this branch to fix the issue

Never have I been disrespected by employees of a bank like RBC. If you want over 5 hours, wait times and transfers that are NEVER cleared quickly even within RBC, then use this bank. Oh, one other thing they will take your points without notice.
