have 2 loads with these guys. one was perfect. on the 2nd load 0 communication. the ETA was updated multiple times. When i asked for the location, people decide to ghost me on Friday. I advised multiple times that this shipment is very important and the working hours for the receiver. I tried to call dispatch and CS team, they just ignored my calls and than blocked my number. when I reached out to the person he said he is not in the office and he needs to call there to help me. Super professional I think. And after he blocked me too. Never again, they lost my trust.

Such uneducated people are working there. Ankush and his teammate are using abusive language over the emails. They provide inappropriate quotes. When customers agress on their rate, they increase the rate by saying that they did not check the pickup location. The same excuse they gave me the fifth time.
