Everyone there was absolutely wonderful from the first phone call and all throughout my appointment. They answered my call on a Saturday evening for an emergency (as two of my teeth broke) and were able to schedule me in the following morning. Even though it was a long weekend that made sure I was taken care of. The check-in process was very easy and they took my insurance information right away. I barely sat down and they were ready for me and started the consultation which was detailed and full of information for today and the future. The appointment was very comfortable and the space was beautiful and clean. Upon completion of the appointment he just a quick overview of what might be needed in the future. They ran my insurance at the desk and I was able to pay the difference by debit or credit for the difference. I drove 50 minutes for this appointment and I would do it again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone for regular or emergency dental!

I haven't been to a dentist office in years. I was really nervous and worried but as soon as I walked in the door it felt very calming, the staff was so helpful and dr Muaad l. Ali was so kind as he explained what i would need and at no time did I feel overwhelmed. It was a good experience ,I will feel more comfortable going back. I highly recommend Ravines
