The worst salon experience I've ever had. Representatives for this salon were going door to door at offices promoting a 4 visit salon package for $60. So I bought 2 (for my mother & myself) paying $120 for this mediocre looking salon, I say mediocre b/c they promoted it as this lavish spa. The voucher stated that the promotion expires 4 months from the purchase date, BUT that it wasn't valid from Dec 15 - Jan 3rd, and the reps verbally said that because the salon would be closed for those dates (20 days) during the Christmas break that the promotion gets extended. Mind you she didn't give an exact expiration date in February (super vague). So there was NO concrete expiration date in writing. I went in for the first visit (mid JAN 2018) which was a haircut/blow dry & was going to knock out all the 4 visits real close to each other. The owner of the salon saw that I had this voucher when I went in Mid Jan and saw that it was my first visit with this voucher and didn't have the courtesy to remind me that they expire soon. I got my haircut and was excited to come in for my 3 remaining visits (facial, manicure, massage). I called in again on February 5th to be exact to book my appointment for my 2nd visit (facial), and the same lady immediately stopped me and asked if I had any voucher, I said YES & she cut me off rudely and said "NO NO ITS EXPIRED..ITS FEBRUARY IT'S EXPIRED YOU CAN'T USE IT" (super unprofessional and rude), she didn't even give me a chance to ask questions and explain myself, she refused to hear me out. So I essentially paid $120 for my mother and myself to get the most basic haircut. I didn't even get the style I wanted which infuriates me b/c I paid $60.00 for a haircut I didn't ask for. I specifically asked for a wispy haircut and b/c she clearly couldn't do it I got choppy looking ends. Horrible customer service got ripped $120 for absolutely nothing.

I have been going to this salon for almost 7 years and tbh they are the most reliable salon ever. I have gotten my eyebrows done, waxing, acne facials, hair done and also for the fist time i got my eyelashes extended and they looked great! The staff is friendly and ask us if we want anything to drink while we are waiting. As well as the prices cant go wrong. They do an excellent job for an excellent price. You should come if you if you are looking for that perfect salon!

5 stars all the way! I have been going to A&B Creative Looks for 5 years now. I’ve had a number of services done (waxing, threading, facials,microneedling, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and lashes on a bi-weekly basis). The environment is super clean, calm, and relaxing. Staff is beyond friendly and they always strive to make me happy or squeeze in an appointment for me! Avneet (who is the lash technician), does outstanding work. I’ve had numerous compliments, and she always strives for perfection. My lashes last up to three weeks without a fill, and they feel natural and comfortable. Avneet is detail oriented and knowledgable in regards to any questions you may have about lashes and other spa services. She NEVER leaves me unhappy, and always answers my questions thoroughly. 100% recommend!

Avneet is super accommodating and amazing. Shes an amazing listener and is open to feedback as well provides great recommendations and suggests what works catering to your needs.
