I had some beautifully finished oak that I needed to reinforce and mount to my wall to hang my guitars. Kris did an excellent job and was incredibly informative throughout the process. I was very satisfied with the work and will definitely refer to him in the future.

I would give zero stars if I could. Damaged my property, overcharged the amount of hours worked, brought an additional person for a one man job and billed the client for that, and DOD NOT FIX THE DOORS. Forgot a scraper to remove spray foam (something he should have) and BILLED FOR THE TIME IT TOOK TO GO TO HOME DEPOT AND WHEREVER ELSE THEY WENT. They also charged me $50 for that tool from home depot, AND KEPT THAT TOOL -see invoice. They did not fix the doors and DAMAGED THEM. I have security camerasand one person is standing around yet they bill for that additional person. My footage and family nearby also contest that they were not their for the time billed. They damaged my doors - see photos. I refuse to pay , as the cost to repair my doors is likely higher than their bill. They send me an email stating that they will lien my house. Totally fine as they will not win that outcome. Will have to personally deliver them a small claim form to their home business just west of Sherwood park when I get the quote for the cost of repair of my doors.

We used Kris at Rapid Repair to repair some stucco and parging damage on a 35 year old house. His service was quick, efficient and at a very reasonable price. He made sure the stucco patches and colouration was exact and the finished product is seamless. Kris was also very helpful in recommending other trades people for future projects we are considering down the road.
