’ve been to this clinic before and so has my husband, but after today, we won’t be returning. I missed an appointment — the first time this has ever happened — and when I called, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. I understand policies exist, but there should be some understanding and flexibility, especially for clients who have shown up on time in the past and supported the business. Rather than treating me with basic courtesy or offering a one-time grace, I was talked down to and told I may be charged. I decided to cancel the appointment altogether. Very disappointing customer service.

The therapeutic massage was excellent and got all of the kinks out. I felt extremely comfortable and the service was professional quality comparable to a high end spa at a reasonable cost. I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the opportunity to unplug for an hour of self-care.

My wife and I have been coming here for a few years now. Great prices, great staff. Super clean. They're pretty busy but always seems to have an opening to squeeze you in relatively quickly. We'll be going there for years to come, I'm sure.
