Unlike other places that rely on a 15-minute video, the instruction here was hands-on, thorough, and tailored to make you feel confident and comfortable. Chevy and Bill were absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly friendly. They made sure we understood the fundamentals and answered all our questions without rushing us. It was a great balance of professionalism and fun. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both beginners and experienced shooters. If you're visiting Atlanta, this is definitely a must-stop spot. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to learn or just have a great time on the range!

Bill was patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable, I will definitely be back because Bill said I need to be "comfortable" handling a firearm and I agree! Probably the only pro out of the review The class did not start on time. Places that have expectations and policies about YOU being on time but don’t do anything on their end to honor the same commitment, red flag number 1.Usually the instructor/ staff ensures the participants are situated (documents/gear/ etc..) at this place, be prepared to handle things on your own ! Terrible way to lead/instruct and handle business when we are talking about firearms and processes to NEWCOMERS. However, when the class was over and you were instructed to go to the register to purchase rental gear is when the madness took place. As a first timer, my experience was not the best. The person running the register was new and instead of honestly asking his teammate or manager for assistance.. he chose to overwhelm me and my husband with useless upselling information about guns when we are true beginners. In addition to that, in the class we were told to rent a gun that has the targets on the gun (for beginners ) and of course we were given the wrong kind which added to the long drawn out process and frustration. All of the staff was very discombobulated and disorganized which ultimately made me lose faith in trusting them with my safety when it came to this portion of the class. It may have been better for those who are more experienced, but essentially I walked out because I was so overwhelmed and frustrated with the poor attentiveness of the staff. So, do with this information as you may. I will not be returning .
