On April 3, 2025, my investment property in Copperfield was severely damaged due to the tornado that hit Louisville. I called R&B from Florida as I was on spring break in Destin, Florida. I was first thankful that my tenants were safe and knew this was going to be a major project. I chose R&B Roofing and Remodeling because of their wealth of experience with projects of this magnitude. Despite a challenging experience with my insurance company, R&B immediately shored up the roof with emergency tarp and repaired the hole in the roof caused by a massive tree that hit the house to minimize further damage. After we finalized a reasonable agreement with my insurance company, the rehab processes started. I met several of their team leaders who were very knowledgeable and professional in their explanation of each step of the project. And in 90 days and over $100,000 in repairs, I was extremely pleased with the quality of work that was done bringing my property from a total disaster to a beautiful home that's never look better...! I cannot thank Scott Waldman and his entire team at R&B more for the job they did and would highly recommend hiring them for any of your home improvement needs..!!
