We ate at Ramsay's Kitchen for the first time (we stayed at the Mandarin several times and decided now to do room service but to actually dine in Ramsay's Kitchen). We had breakfast there and the food was excellent. When we ordered our Cappuccino's for breakfast they forgot the cinnamon and ended-up bringing us a whole bowl-ful of cinnamon (which felt a bit weird since we just want a sprinkle of cinnamon not a spoonful). Over-all the experience was very good though and we would go back again since we love to stay at the Mandarin

My boyfriend is a big Gordon Ramsay fan, so we were excited to try Ramsay’s Kitchen a couple days ago. We went early evening, and every dish we had was really tasty. He especially loved the beef Wellington, it was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We both enjoyed the sticky toffee cake; it was rich and just right for dessert. Honestly, I’m craving another one! Our server, Maeve, was sweet and very nice, which made the whole experience even better. The staff’s friendliness made everything easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great meal and a fun evening out. Definitely a spot we would recommend, especially for Ramsay fans.

I went for dinner and our server Juan was fantastic. He was there the right amount of time (he wasn’t standing there every 3 minutes which drives me nuts, but I also didn’t have to ask someone to find him; he’d check up on the table at appropriate intervals). He was very nice and made the dinner enjoyable. Thank you Juan, I hope to see you there again! The food was amazing. The portion sizes were perfect. I ordered the oysters, glass of Cabernet, rolls, roasted chicken, and truffle potato gratin. Our bill came out to $199 for two people; this isn’t something I’d get all the time but great for special occasions. The only thing I didn’t like was how close the tables were to each other, which wasn’t a big deal I would’ve just preferred a little more space between us. As a gay person, I loved seeing the pride flag at the entrance and felt welcome. Overall, highly recommend if you want a special treat.

A picture says a thousand words—just look at the burnt chicken wings, practically black with charcoal. The soup was far too salty, and the signature Wellington beef was a major disappointment. When we cut into it, the pastry and beef completely separated, and it was obvious the quality of the beef was simply not there. Thankfully, the toffee pudding cakes were delicious—easily the highlight of the meal. On food alone, this would be a one-star review. The second star is solely for the team. My server tried her best and was clearly embarrassed when she saw the burnt chicken. The manager, Tyler, went above and beyond—he even went back to the kitchen to taste the food himself, which was a true class act. I sincerely hope corporate pays attention to reviews like this and makes the necessary improvements, because the food experience was far below expectations.
