Kerry WardMy wife and I discovered that yellow jackets had built a nest in the exhaust vent for our 2nd floor watercloset. They were able to get into the master bathroom through the fan vent. I called several companies, 2 of which came out and of the 2 Rampart was definitely the better option. Side note, several companies would not even come out because this was on the 2nd floor. Anthony took time, inspected inside, outside and the attic. He told me exactly what needed to happen. He used a non repellent dust, which he said was better because the yellow jackets would take it inside of the vent, into the nest and begin to spread it around thereby killing the Queen. He also used a device to spread the dust in through the vent cover inside of the watercloset hitting them from both sides. His 1st visit was Monday 5 June, he followed up on Wednesday, 7 June and then Friday, 9 June. I am writing this on Sunday, 11 June and there is no activity and no yellow jackets in our home. Additional details, Anthony is very professional, very attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and very engaging. He provides a great customer experience. He treats your home as if it were his own. My wife and I are now also considering switching our termite and pest control service from a large company, because of the experience provided by Anthony and Rampart. Supporting local businesses, that provide great service, customer experience and get results, is important. I highly recommend Rampart Pest Solutions and Anthony. They also have a BBB A+ ratingand are accredited.
