Hired Ramirez to do a pre inspection prior to the purchase of a used vehicle; as I live out of town. He advised that the vehicle had no major issues. Said he Found only 3 issues of concern, rear light bulbs needed replacement & back park module issue & in need of brake pads. Purchased vehicle based on his inspection/advice. Car threw a code one hour after purchase. Spark plugs hadn't been changed in years. Had to replace 6 coil packs; which was a major repair based on the location of the coils. Then he wouldn't return my call. His service was a waste of money and a huge disappointment! Was needing if prior reviews are a "plant."
