This is not a five star hotel with the bells and whistles but I’m giving it five stars because it is a five star roadside motel. I especially want to review it because the old place at the same address seemed like a nightmare and had terrible reviews. The people who have taken over are wonderful and are really putting their all into making this a nice place. The service was amazing. Trish at the front was so helpful and everyone was unbelievably friendly. The rooms have been recently renovated. The interior is great and extremely clean. Kudos to you guys for turning this place around. My only regret is now I’m letting out my secret because rooms near UMass can be very tough to get and this was a great find!

Mutch better than the last two owners not a crap hole crisis at front desk the best guy to talk to any problem he will take care of you new beds TV no more mold gone did a good job fixing the old place one thing parking lot melting tar a lot stuck in tires need to replace whole lot 😞 last owner bad patch spray over cracks 💕 the fix up still to expensive as everything else is still crisis is the man helped me out I'm homeless and 💕 love river valley inn new Hatfield inn 150 hard to beat and it's clean!

I have been treated so well for my stay here. This is the cleanest motel I've ever been to. I got OCD so I don't fool around when it comes to cleaning. The workers are very friendly and helpful. They try their absolute best to help the customer for their comfort. I'm very comfortable here and their kindness will make me return for another vacation. They've made my stay cozy and comfortable. Thank you!!! 10/10 :)
