Very kind and gentle care. Jeanette (hygienist) is amazing as she explains everything thoroughly and at the level of the child. Scheduling is a little more challenging. Tried to contact day of my appointment and they didn’t return my call until 10 min before my appointment.

In the past with advantage dental my experience wasn’t great just because it took forever just to get an appointment to look at my wisdom teeth, and then when it finally came to my appointment last year they had to cancel the appointment I waited months for and rescheduled me a month or two later. However I called for an appointment on Monday and got an appointment this same week yesterday on Thursday easily, so maybe they’ve gotten better with that? Anyways when I went in yesterday I had a lot of questions and concerns about my jaw clicking after getting my wisdom teeth out, they gave me x-rays, and the dentist there explained thoroughly what was going on with it and answered all my questions and concerns. The assistant there was super sweet and nice but it did feel like he was brand new and really had no clue what he was doing or what information was important or not without the dentist telling him, should be more training perhaps? Other than that I’m grateful for the visit and the info I recieved so thank you! 🙏🏻

Whole experience was calm and professional front front desk to dentist. Dr. Patel made sure I was fully numb and comfortable and did an excellent job explaining the process and his reasoning. Definitely set my dental anxiety at ease
