Pau is an amazing salesperson who truly understands a customer’s needs and choices. I already had a similar kind of watch from another brand, so I was really confused about whether to go for an iWatch or stick with an analog one. Instead of forcing me to buy, Pau very politely suggested, “Why don’t you try the iWatch first, and if you feel comfortable and like it, then decide.” This thoughtful approach really impressed me because it showed she cared about my satisfaction more than just making a sale. Her patience, product knowledge, and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The customer service was absolutely top-notch — one of the best I have experienced. I would highly recommend Pau if you are looking for honest advice and excellent service.

I had a great experience at Raffi Jewelers in Conestoga Mall. The store has a beautiful selection of high-end watches and fine jewelry, and the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the pricing felt a bit on the higher side, and I wish there were more flexible financing options. That said, the quality of their products is undeniable, and the customer service was excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend Raffi Jewelers to anyone looking for luxury jewelry or watches. I’ll be returning in the future!

Had Amazing experience today at Raffi. Excellent customer service. Taline took great care of me and got my ring fixed within hours. It needed soldered with platinum. Also had our watch batteries fixed there!
