Our experience with Hannah and R3D roofing was stress free from beginning to end. It was our first time making a claim and we were worried it was going to be a pain to get a new roof. Hannah explained the process, what costs were involved, did all the hard parts like meeting with the claims agent, helping us pick tile, keeping us informed with deliveries and work days, etc. She was always a text or phone call away and quickly responded to our questions.
