I walked in at 10:40am and asked to have my current nail polish removed (which takes no more than 10 minutes). At the time, there was one lady waiting on the couch, 2 ladies already in the process of having their nails done, and one lady walked in just ahead of me. Once the lady who had just walked in ahead of me was finished having her nails done (at 11:00am), she told the employee she wanted to make a future appointment for a pedicure. After looking at their booking system, the employee said "Do you want to do it right now?" Clearly this client didn't have a prior appointment. The lady agreed and was moved to a pedicure chair and was served while I continued to wait. When it came my turn, the employee proceeded to remove the gel nail polish I had on my nails with her dremel tool for one of my hands. Then she took a random tip she found in her drawer and pried the polish off my right hand without using the dremel tool. She stuck the tip between my nails and the polish and snapped it off. I could have done this on my own at home if I wanted to damage my nails. There is a reason I came to the salon to have it done properly. My nails now all look like what you see in the photos (split, dry, etc.). When it came time to pay, I was charged $15.00 plus tax. The one and only prior visit I made here to have the same thing done, I was charged $10.00 plus tax. I questioned it, and the employee told me I had some special powder on my nails (which is not the case, it was only gel polish) and that's why she charged me more. An hour later, I left and paid for something I could have done by myself at home. The first time I visited, I waited for over an hour. I will never be back. If you need polish removal services, I highly suggest you go elsewhere.

I had the best experience at Quinn Nail Salon in Bathurst! From the moment I walked in, the staff were super welcoming and friendly. The salon was clean, calm, and had a really relaxing vibe. I got a mani pedi, and it turned out perfectly. The attention to detail was incredible my nails have never looked this good! The technician took her time, made sure I was comfortable the whole way through, and gave me exactly the shape and colour I wanted. The foot massage was next-level amazing, too. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and seriously obsessed with how pretty my nails look. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality, care, and a little self care treat. I’ll definitely be coming back!
