The screen on my Samsung phone stopped working, so we took it to Quick Mobile Repair. We were greeted by a young man named Zac, who was very professional, well-mannered, and clearly knowledgeable about phone repairs. He fixed my phone within an hour and charged a reasonable price for the service. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend doing business with this company.

Zac IS the MAN!!! T-mobile can go stick it where the sun don't shine as far as I'm concerned. We had a broken phone and were told that we couldn't get any of the contacts, etc back. But...like a knight in shining armor, Zac came to the rescue! This man is AMAZING, I truly think he will ALWAYS have a solution to ANY problem. We couldn't pick up the fixed phone when it was ready and they completely understood. Here we are, two weeks later, and I finally made it back to the store to reactivate the original phone. The other very polite and kind gentleman, Dalton, did the ole swicher-roo and had the original up and running in no time. Couldn't be more pleased.

My apple watch face was cracked after I dropped it, so I took it in to see how much it would cost to replace the cracked glass. It was more expensive than an almost new, reconditioned watch. Zac explained that I could have an upgraded, reconditioned model for less than it would cost to repair the cracked face. He ordered it and it was in the next day. Excellent customer service. Saved me $$$.

My battery on my apple watch needed to be replaced because it wouldn’t hold a charge. I found this place, felt it was a very reasonable price to replace the battery and Zac was very helpful. I really appreciated that he kept me posted when there was a delay in delivery of the battery.
