Start LiuAndray is definitely a contractor I will never work with anymore. Bad attitude. Called to fix the heat pump. The diagnose cost $440, somehow I got charged $473. I asked why there is a difference. He said I never asked for the rate so I have to accept whatever price. Frankly, I don’t have any problem with paying the prices (both the diagnose fee and repair fee) but just curious why there is a difference between the invoice and the actual payment. He didn’t answer my question. I also noticed he left home at 7 am and arrived my place at 8. Finish the work at 12:30 with 40 min break/writing invoice. He charged me 5 hours of rate. So it looks like I need to pay for his trip to my home(The 1 hour traffic on the way). Lastly, he said he made a favour to squeeze me in his packed schedule. The fact is, when I called for the appointment, I was told that is the only spot available for him, so I have to reschedule my appointment to fit him in. This guy is horrible, avoid him. There are lots of great contractors out there.
