I contacted the clinic regarding a personal situation and communicated with Blayne via email. Although I wasn’t able to proceed with treatment for several reasons, Blayne never let that limit the support he offered. Despite my circumstances making me unsuitable for treatment, he went above and beyond—providing detailed information, multiple options, and thoughtful responses throughout. It wasn’t a case of unwillingness on my part, but rather unsuitability. Still, Blayne remained consistently professional, helpful, and polite in every interaction. I genuinely feel it’s worth leaving a review to acknowledge how brilliant he was throughout our online communication.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible care I received from Tracey and her team. As someone who’s always been nervous about dental visits, I felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The staff was so friendly and empathetic, and Tracey made sure to explain everything thoroughly, which helped ease my anxiety. After a month of having to rely on painkillers daily, I’m finally pain-free! It’s such a relief. Just wanted to share a great experience I have had received off the team here So long story short was eating something a bit hard and as expected one bite and I crack one of my back teeth and within 12 hours it came badly infected and inflamed and I have never experienced tooth ache like it. Now I live in Liverpool and I spent hundreds of pounds going round to local dentists for them to look at it to get taken out and every single dentist refused to take it out untill the infection had cleared and the inflammation had gone down and no painkiller that I was prescribed wasn’t cutting it so as you could imagine for 2 days I am sat in agony with no sleep honestly wouldn’t of wished the pain on anyone. So after all of that messing about my mum who lives on island said why don’t you try someone like Tracey bell over here as she has a good reputation to go above and beyond for her clients so I emailed her practice at 7pm on a Tuesday night (out of hours) with my problem and instantly within 30 minutes I had a reply from Blayne and let me say he lived up and went above and beyond help for me as he personally contacted Tracey told her about my problem and said if I can get into the Isle of Man they would sort it for me as soon as I got there so there I am in heysham getting the boat at 1am getting in island for 5 am and as promised Tracey and Blayne both in the practice at 5:30 in the morning before opening to help me out with my tooth and straight away no problem tooth out and by 12pm of that day all the infection had gone the swelling in my face was no more and I was more or less pain free with the use of nothing but a couple of paracetamol. Just want to say to anyone now who’s got any problem big or small with their teeth go to this dental practice as you will never get a better service than this.
