Quartz yoga studio is hands down the best in the area. We frequent Courtney’s yoga studio for their children’s classes. It’s a highlight to my child’s week and mine as well. Everyone is always so welcoming and understanding that kids are kids during the class. I also have had the pleasure of using her facial and private yoga services and it was such a relaxing personal experience.

Quartz is a haven in the UP community. The owner, Courtney, is as sweet as can be. She is super kind and pours her heart into the studio. She is passionate about holistic wellness and makes the studio a safe space for individuals just exploring something new and more experienced levels. Highly recommend spa services, group yoga classes and one on one classes. This place is for everyone!

This studio is my escape from reality. From the smells, to the calming music, to the way all of the instructors seamlessly flow through class, everything is tailored to make you release stresses & ground yourself. If you’re thinking about trying a class, I can’t recommend it enough. Every instructor I’ve taken classes with are all angels on earth. They all give different options to deepen your pose or visa versa so that everyone can get the most out of the class however they feel fit. The owner of the studio, Courtney, is the sweetest soul. Her providing us with this beautiful space to free ourselves from the crazies of the world means so much. I started with the intro to yoga class 2 years ago not knowing the first thing about yoga & meditation & have loved every other class since. 10/10 recommend trying it out! :)
