I am giving 5 stars based on my expectations for a motel 6, obviously it's not a 5 star hotel. For the price this is as good as it gets. The rooms are large and clean. The 2 bed room has 2 queen beds not double beds like other motel 6s. I felt safe and the staff was friendly. The proximity to I-10 and the casinos is perfect. We will stay here again.

I'm sorry but they need allot of work. We were unable to stay because of multiple problems with the room. I wish them luck on cleaning and finding a great exterminator. I hope they can turn it around and people may have a comfortable nights rest.

Best motel 6 experience I've had. I usually stay with them as my preferred choice and have to say this location did not only meet my expectations but exceeded them. The staff were the kindest people I've met!

This is a bare bones experience, do not expect anything special or extra in your room. This is the only pet friendly hotel in this location but there are several choices around here. Our bathroom didn't even have its own light. No high expectations here, good for a late night last minute type of stay, but the place is pretty run-down and there is a lot of trash in the back parking lot. Pet friendly, and you don't have to pay a pet fee unless you have more than two pets with you. The front desk staff was nice, they have coffee but no breakfast. Meh...
