Saw the negative reviews and was nervous, but I was EXTREMELY happy to be proven wrong. Rooms are very clean and modern. Location is great for a quick Uber to Providence. Rates are more than reasonable. The front desk staff were very friendly, accommodating, and quick to help. Ventilation was top notch and the air conditioner was very comfortable. It does not feel like you’re in a roadside motel, but a decent hotel. Very satisfied. Would recommend.

You pretty much know what to expect with a motel and this wasn’t too bad at all. My biggest problem was having to wait for 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk when I was trying to check in. The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. We only stayed for the night so we didn’t interact with staff too much, but they were all friendly. They have a drink and snack vending machine along with the ice machine. I’m also shocked at how much I enjoyed the free coffee in the morning.

I’ll say the service is good because they are nice, but that’s the only good thing about this place. I mean it’s motel 6, so I wasn’t expecting luxury but this place is disgusting. Worst hotel I’ve been in, by far. Someone literally peed in the shower and left it there, so whoever “cleaned” my room did an awful job. This place has a roach infestation. I literally was seeing big roaches in the hallway as soon as I paid for my room. Come in from work last night and literally saw 5 big roaches and was only able to catch and kill TWO of the five. This place is gross seriously. Thin walls, I can hear tvs from the people downstairs. The fact you can see the smoke residue on the walls is crazy. Poor cleaning in this place. I’m supposed to be moving into my new apartment next week and if I see any roaches I will be PISSED. Please do better or close this location down seriously.

So im going to start off by saying this is Motel 6 so you kind of know what you are getting when you stay. HOWEVER I feel that people are being deceived, as I was, by the pictures on their website. I figured that the rooms were newly renovated so decided to take a chance. What we got however was NOTHING close to the pictures on the website. The bathroom was totally destroyed and drywall mud with no paint ALL OVER the place. There was no shampoo in the rooms just 2 very small bars of hand soap. Pieces of the room are falling off (baseboards), there was BIG holes in the comforters, and there was god knows what splattered on the ceiling. After reading another review i checked the air conditioning vents and they were disgusting. Garbage cans are overflowing. Cigarette butts ALL over the place. Garbage all around the property outside. There were random car parts (literally a full bumper) outside the entrance door (which was broke and not locked upon our arrival). I do not believe the pictures are even of this property. The pictures show phones in the rooms and there are none (which is not a big deal just using that as an example). The rooms are nothing like the pictures. We stayed only because everything else was booked solid in the area. If not for that we WOULD have left. I personally saw 2 people ask for refunds. The staff however were absolutely amazing and very kind and I will NOT take that away from them.
