This year two of my tenants had accidents on the building gate. It was not good, this is an overhead gate and they miscalculated the timing of when the gate closes and the speed of their driving was sufficient to bang the gate and take it off its track. This is a small apartment building gate and this needs to work. It is also the security of all the tenants and the building itself is important. So one of my commercial tenants, Keegan -Dr. Fix Computers- knows Jason and passed me his phone number as it has been my experience that the original installers take a long time to reply to me and several days pass before they show up. I believe I called them and they never gave me a call back with this year's first incident. Jason came within reasonable time the SAME day and he starts to work very fast, efficiently...he obviously has a lot of experience and didn't even use a helper - I offered to help as it is a wide heavy gate-. In no time he had fixed the gate to work with the remote controls very well, as if nothing had happened. These two times it was on a weekend and I thank God he came to my rescue. As I am writing this review I reached to Quality Door Sales once more. There is another gate that needs his expertise. This is a different system with a gate that slides sideways. The original installer is in the Metro Vancouver area, and for one month and a half he has had the motor in his shop, which I personally took to help speed things up. The end result -for personal health reasons- he informed me last night the need for a new motor. I am not convinced that is the case... I immediately reached to Quality Door Sales as I believe it is a bad idea to have someone who lives so far away as the person in charge of fixing problems with any gate here in Mission. Jason already quoted me and pretty soon I know this gate will have its motor. I can say without hesitation to the readers looking for reviews of this company: If you have a motorized gate in your property and you need expert, efficient, fast, reliable work done....call Quality Door Sales. They will have your back. And how about pricing? This is not the first time we have gate issues...and Quality Door Sales charges very reasonably. Don't look any further.
