Pessimo servizio !Acquistato serramenti e porta blindata febbraio 2023 , montati dopo mille telefonate e solleciti ottobre dello stesso anno. Ad aprile 2024 richiesto assistenza post vendita sia per telefono che scritta tramite e-mail ( a disposizione per verifica)per mal funzionamento del blindato e finestra , inviato successivi solleciti sia scritti che telefonici mai avuto risposte ! Credo che in un normale rapporto civile questo comportamento non sia accettabile!

Inqualificabili. Porte anche belle, ma il servizio di montaggio pessimo (ne hanno rovinate la metà). Ci hanno più volte dato una data per il montaggio, confermata qualche giorno prima, per poi non presentarsi, senza avvisare che non sarebbero venuti. Mai visto così poca professionalità e poco rispetto nei confronti di un cliente pagante. Ci avevano tra l'altro detto che ci avrebbero fornito il materiale per sistemarci le porte rovinate, ma una volta pagati ovviamente sono spariti.
