Laura is great with kids. I appreciate her insight on the stage of growth and development that my son is in, and how it impacts him when he's running and playing sports. She's really encouraging, and she makes sure I understand what we need to do with his physio exercises at home. We're so thankful to have found her!

Love this fully supported gym! The facility is bright, open, clean, and very well set up. Private washroom and shower area, too. The people around are friendly, both staff and clients. I have not used the services so far, but I will update this review or create a new one when I do. :)

I went to Guelph Performance Fitness & Therapy for minor thoracic back pain and a shoulder injury. Emily was very informative and thorough. At the end of the session I was in better shape, and I had a repertoire of exercises to increase mobility.
