Chris did an excellent job estimating and installing the new single bowl kitchen sink we purchased. He explained everything he needed to do while doing the estimate and we were lucky enough to be able to schedule the job for the next day. He showed up the next day with everything he needed to do the job ready to go. He was very professional, pleasant, thorough and did a great job. He took away the old sink and my new sink looks great. I am so happy with the level of service and the value for the price paid. Definitely recommend him and Pure Plumbing for any plumbing job you may have.

Chris A. was professional and thorough. It was clear that he had a deep understanding of the industry. He was able to come over to our house and immediately identify the kind of radiant heating pipes we had, which was different than our inspection had indicated. Chris A. arrived on time, quickly diagnosed all of our issues, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. He was courteous, efficient, and left the area spotless when he finished. Not only was the pricing fair, but the quality of work was outstanding. Everything we were concerned about (faucet, clogged drain, water heater) was fixed perfectly and I haven’t had any issues since. Previously had very satisfactory appliance installation experience with Pure Plumbing when they were the contracted firm for RC Willey. With this as a base, I sought out their assistance in replacing a Rheem water heater still within the extended factory warranty period. My water heater suddenly & unexpectedly burst pouring water throughout my garage leaving me with no hot water hoping to use the remaining warranty life but my responsibility was to return the defective unit for a suitable replacement. Being in my eighties I have very limited physical capabilities. I panicked and called several service companies for the shortest term resolution. I sought older Pure Plumbing contacts & was very fortunate to get an early morning call back from Pure. Explaining the situation they miraculously informed me of the immediate availability of one of their local plumbing technicians, Alexander Fereira. Alex called just after 8:30am alerting me of a 9:00 arrival time!! He arrived right on schedule & inspected the Rheem providing me with a number of options. Some were far too expensive for true consideration. Alex was very forthcoming & respective of my situation getting company approval of some discounting . I agreed to the terms & he immediately set upon removing the old unit and fixtures, cleaning & suctioning as necessary. He had a brand new replacement unit on his truck & he prepped for installation. I spent the next three hours within view & earshot questioning as he worked. He was exceptionally organized, neat & displayed professional skills…..and made me feel truly comfortable. I was able to pay via credit card & traced the transaction through to the bank. My replacement unit has been providing a better flow of hot water since & I applaud Pure Plumbing’s responsiveness, execution & administration. An old dude salutes you, Stan Kurkowski

Update 2/28/25: After such great service with the Plumbing, my husband, and I decided to become a member and get their gold plan to keep our plumbing and HVAC unit in operating shape throughout the year. Christopher came out today and just like before, he was also so very sweet, accommodating and very knowledgeable! He asked us what our questions and concerns were, and then he went to work, cleaning, tuning up and making sure the units were working properly for the summer ahead. This company is wonderful, They’re fast and very efficient. I love the way they communicate with you too! Again, we’re so very happy that we found this company and will continue to use them and highly recommend them! I just purchased a home and was having the flooring updated. The floor installers removed a baseboard in our main bathroom and later that night, we started hearing a hissing noise and saw a small water leak on the floor. I called Pure Plumbing & Air the next morning and they came out the same day. Mike was just phenomenal in his diagnosis, repair and the cost was extremely reasonable! Unfortunately, it was the builder’s plumber who created the nightmare by not installing the original plumbing correctly. When our baseboards were originally put on, a finishing nail was driven through one of the water lines to the shower. When our floor installers removed the baseboard, the nail was pulled out and exposed the hole in the pipe. Mike is a GEM and knew just what to do! Thank you so much Mike and Pure Plumbing!
