I called to replace 2 washer valves and they came the next day. They started slowly leaking soon after they left and it was a bit stressful finding out when someone could come back to fix it. Partly because of the leak and I was having my new washer delivered the next morning. Luckily someone called the next day and someone came. He did a more secure connection and even hooked up my washer for me at no cost. So far I don't see a leak but I will keep my eye on it. Note, they will only come back and do it at no cost if you purchase a warranty which I did.
