I owe them my life. I got one of the worst haircuts of my life it was fully convinced I would have to drop off at least half of my hair to fix it and was truly and utterly devastated. I called around last minute at 4 pm all around town asking for anyone to be able to fit me in and only pure envy salon was able to see my devastation and need and was able to squeeze me in! My hair is so much better than it was and I really appreciate my hair stylist, Morgan, for going above and beyond and really trying salvage my length. One of the best experiences I've had a salon and it'll definitely be coming back as a full-time patron!

I guess I will leave a review on Google even though I am basically a walking 5 star review for Pure Envy. Specifically Brooke who has been cutting my hair for over 6 years now. I am literally stopped at least once every day I am out in public for someone to compliment my hair. It's so often that I basically know what a stranger is about to say to me before they finish their sentence. "Ma'am, can I just say..." "I just love your..." I've even had someone ask my permission to take a picture of it once. I hope this doesn't sound like I'm bragging because it's not me I am complimenting. It's Brooke at Pure Envy Salon & Spa!

Worst service ever. Went to Brooke for a cut, not sure if she is racist or what but she messed my lining up. Not to mention her attitude the whole time was so rude. it was like she was judging or looking down on me. she kept rolling her eyes when I'd ask her to fix something. I will never go back there again because that lady has the worst most disgusting vile attitude.
