Her agents are liars - they quote one thing, then change their quote when its time to pay, and lie about their reasons - Find another agent. Here is the email I sent that never got a reply... Hello Andrea! On April 22nd I called you to get a insurance quote for my Auto, you kindly referred me to one of your against, Sherry! Here are the sequence of steps: -Spoke to Sherry about Auto insurance -Sherry mentioned that I can get a discount if I put my rental insurance on as well -After checking, Sherry came back and told me that the multi-line discount does not apply to me as the lease agreement for my condo is not the same name as the ownership of the Auto. The Auto is under my fathers name (I am principle driver), and the least is under my name. -Sherry then said she will go and remove the multi-line and come back to me with a quote. -Sherry came back and quoted $5,084 for the year. Stating that this does not include any discounts. -Sherry then told me if I wanted a 10% discount, I can download an app to monitor my driving, to which I said no! - The next day I called to get the insurance you quoted me, and Sandra came back and said its $5,600, and her reasoning was the multi-line discount. The quote that I already had from Sherry did NOT include any multi-line discount?! -I then called to speak with Sherry and get an explanation, to shich she completely lied to me and said the quote was multi-line, when she specifically told me it does not include any multi-line as it does not apply to me. - I asked to speak to her manager, to which they said it is Sandra, however I have not received any phone calls. I would like an explanation why your agents are being untruthful and why this quote has increased. Thank you in advance!

Have to update my reviews as of November 2022. The customer service I received was great until this month. I’ve been with them for almost 3 years with no accidents or tickets. I started getting calls about switching my home insurance. When I declined - 2 days later I received an email for a underwriting review demanding a bunch of documents including pictures of my graduation, lease, utility bills with other forms. They also demanded these items within a short time frame, or else they could cancel my policy. (Keep in mind I only received the papers in the mail less then 5 days before they’re due) Because of this it made me explore my options since I haven’t for the 3 years I’ve been with them. Now I’m able to save more than $500 a year on my car insurance with the same exact plan. Being loyal and having no tickets or accidents should be rewarded by insurance companies. Not be charged the same amount every year and question them for good behaviour.
