They do not show up to complete work scheduled for days leaving everyone waiting for the completion of a project while they don't show up to complete work for weeks. Drivers are horrible and their crew leave their garbage scattered around everywhere.

What is it with your company and bad drivers? Do you actually go out of your way to hire them? On February 4, at around 5:01 pm while driving south on King Edward in Ottawa, I was nearly sideswiped by one of your vans. I was able to move over to avoid being hit and when I was parallel to the front door, I noticed that the driver was a 25 -30 year old male, with black curly hair and a mustache who was fully focused on texting on his phone (you can see in the attached picture that he is holding his phone in his right hand). At the red light, I honked to get his attention, he looked at me and gave me the finger. When the light changed, he honked and gave me the finger again. Other commuters and pedestrians seemed perplexed at why he was acting this way. It is important to mention that at this time, Ottawa was under a heavy snow fall advisory (5-10 cms), roads were very slick and difficult to navigate, and it was rush hour, so many vehicles and pedestrians were on the roads and sidewalks, especially since this occurred near Laurier Street, which was crowded with University of Ottawa students and other commuters. Not only was your employee's behaviour unsafe and illegal, but honking loudly and flipping off people is probably not the corporate image your company is looking for. I reached out to your company by phone and email to report this incident but received no reply. This leads me to believe that you don't care about your image and people's experience with your brand. Definitely a loser company in my opinion. Not even worth 1 star!

Very, very unprofessional company. Had a meeting set for a week and the project manager is not even in the office. No call, no cancellation, no apology. Won't pick up a phone call. Get a hold of him 5 hours later and says "I was busy." No decency to call or text to cancel a meeting.
