We have been very disappointed in PulseM. We have been with them for 6 months and while it does generate reviews it’s a very glitchy, problematic system. 1) We were sold on several features that were incorrect or does not exist. We later learned that we were sold by PulseM’s outside sales 3rd party company which they sell several products and does not even use PulseM so they really don’t know what they are selling. 2) Their tech support is non existent. You email their tech support email address and no one answers. We have a rep but he takes days to respond and his responses usually include it’s a known glitch and they are working on it. 3) We have 3 Google locations and that is so glitchy. Multi Google locations relies on Zapier in the background of PulseM to work but you can’t see the Zapier account as it’s PulseM and have to hope it’s working. This system is not built for smooth operations on multiple Google locations. 4) Reports suck and you can’t even change the dates on certain reports. 5) My new issue is the employee reward program, which is the reason we signed up with PulseM over other companies, and it hasn’t worked for a month and no idea if this will be fixed since no one with support will respond to my support emails. There are so many other issues and I’ve emailed support but they continue to ignore us or and our rep continues to give us poor answers. I highly recommend going with a different review company.
I do not take giving a one star large lightly but unfortunately, I feel like they’ve not giving me any choice. Been with them over a month. My system still does not work. I keep getting emails with people stating they will turn me over to their integration specialist and then they will be with us shortly, but they don’t contact us and we are left feeling like we’ve been taken advantage of. It’s been over a month since we’ve signed up and over $1000 later and we still do not have a working system. I would be willing to update this if I could just get somebody to help.
Small business owners beware. Their site is hard to get reviews to ACTUALLY DISPLAY ON GOOGLE. They won't lift a finger to help either. Do not give this stupid company any money. I tried to cancel because they suck and oops! All contracts are yearly not monthly. So I'm stuck paying them $200 a month to not post my reviews and not help me. Do not do this.
