I rented a place in San Bernardino through them. I would never do it again. The staff we dealt with was incompetent. All what matter to them are rental clauses that are in total defavour of the tenant. Basically, the behavior we witness is folks who say "yes, yes, yes" to rich folks owning the property for rent or sale but do not care about tenant or buyer. I was actually thinking that behind the brand there was something solid but not at all. You rather go through a Remax agent that is competent rather than KW. Also, once you have signed the contract, good luck for any response to your queries. Read comments from folks who actually rented or purchased from them. I doubt some of the reviews are genuine.
