horrible service. They were too lazy to deliver my package on a Saturday and stated my address didn’t exist. I have been going back and forth with agents. They rescheduled the delivery. Next day it never shows. I reach out again and now they are trying to say the package is missing and to contact someone else. HORRIBLE SERVICE

this is my Second review because it just keeps getting worse. They refuse to deliver my package. I ask to pick it up and they say that isn’t an option. They promise follows up and never call. I get hung up on and the agents are very rude. HORRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT USE.

This is just horrible company! Everything is terrible. Both delivery and customer support. The delivery guy just dropped off my package, which contained an expensive Dyson vacuum cleaner! I immediately called the company, they promised to investigate and contact me, and since May 9th, nothing! I do not recommend and advise Dyson to change the delivery service The package had a special sight

If i could give less than one star, i would. They failed to deliver but marked it as such, then they took it back from the wrong house, and now they've lost it for 2 weeks. And they still dont know where my package is. Absolutely ridiculous that they do any business. Their customer services reps just follow the same 3 scripts each time you call, and nothing changes. They tried to set up a specific delivery time yesterday, and guess who never showed up. I will never use this service again and will warn anyone who will listen never to use your services.
