please dont take their service as due to their incomplete knowledge about market place. my account got permanently deactivated and i am left with huge inventory loss. they have uneducated staff who lack responsibility and then block you and never pickup calls

Time waste, Worst service I don't know how Amazon is allowing these fraud companies to work for Amazon sellers. They are working for last one and half month on my account they did nothing just telling lie everyday. Their staff member Kanhaiya, Sachin, Mohit (Project manager, Team manager, Senior project manager) don't know P of Amazon PPC they just give excuse everyday but don't work and more than that they are very big liars. Even they speak very badly with their customers. Sachin told me we optimize campaigns after 1 week, after 1 week when I ask for the campaign optimization report he said we've already optimized and cross-checked at my campaign manager I found no change in campaign history. This is the way these guys work. Don't work with this company.

We contacted them for amazon account management but the initial engagement was very bad. They work like government servants too slow and highly unresponsive. Better to get in touch with other service providers. A BIG NO TO OPT FOR THEM.
