We have recently had the pleasure of meeting Roop Saran at Prospera in Mission. We have banked with Prospera since 1998 and while everyone we have met have been friendly and professional Roop is on a different level. She is personable. Friendly knowledgeable and professional. She has help us decide how to manage our finances to benefit us and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and happy whit our financial decisions. Not happy at all about this location. They used to have two ATM's available after hours, they took one away for some dumb reason. Multiple times I've gone to withdraw cash and the "drive-thru" ATM was down. They NEED to bring back the other machine for after hours. Gave one extra star due to the good customer service during work hours.

We have had the pleasure of having to work with Roop Saran, at Prospera Mission Branch, for over 15 years. Roop has prepared our mortgage loans, and other loans for that length of time. We feel very reassured by Roop, as she listens to our needs so professionally and respectfully. Roop advises us as to where we should be investing our pension money as well. Without Roops understanding and knowledge of our financial needs, I really do not know where we would be today. All the Prospera staff at the Mission Branch are helpful and friendly.
