From the moment I called to make an appointment with Dr. Coleman, I was impressed. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, respectful, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She made the scheduling process smooth and stress-free. When we arrived for our appointment, the entire staff was welcoming and kind. They patiently explained the paperwork and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. I had several questions, and everyone was very understanding and took the time to address each one. Dr. Coleman was absolutely wonderful. She took her time with us and there was no rushing through the appointment. She clearly explained our daughter’s tongue and lip ties, what the implications would be if left untreated, and what to expect if we decided to move forward with the procedure. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Coleman wasn’t pushy with her opinions. She simply presented the facts, educated us, and empowered us to make the decision that was best for our daughter. Throughout the entire visit, Dr. Coleman showed so much compassion and understanding. She didn’t just focus on our daughter and she took the time to get to know us as a family, which meant a lot. If you are dealing with a tongue or lip tie, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Coleman and her amazing staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care make a potentially stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Thank you Dr. Coleman and her staff I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names 😜
