Long story short.. J.s. the owner is awesome 👍😎 and the staff including René.. karo.. Annabell etc are cool too. Great atmosphere.. positive vibes. Good prices. Just wish gold standard or other protein shakes was in stock more often when I forget my protein shakes but the bars are a lifesaver . Other than that.. definitely recommended. 👏 ;Bravo

I've been going to this gym for years! I take crossfit classes 3 times a week! Definitely the BEST place in town! Professional, friendly service. We are an extended family!

Good gym with all the facilities. It's very clean and have most of the workout machines. Trainers are very good & friendly. Pricing is high when compared with other gyms like Maxifit & Econofitness but advantage is less crowd.
