They did my original install and have done routine maintenance on the system as I have needed over the years. I have always been impressed with their professionalism, price point value and their high quality of work. My AC went out this past weekend and Kelly showed up on time and replaced the capacitor that had gone out as well as my old thermostat at my request and his recommendation. Kelly was very pleasant and extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He programmed my thermostat and showed me how to use it as well. I have been using them for 18 years now and I will continue to use them into the future. Erik CramThese guys are a head and shoulders above their peers. Over the past three summers we’ve dealt with several companies to help limp our ac system along through a home warranty. Last year I dropped the warranty and consulted with Kelly from Professional who was the smartest, most pleasant, and honest tech that we dealt with. He fixed our system and told me that when I was ready to replace my system, that Professional puts their furnace units on platforms with offsets and 4 inch filters to increase air flow from the bottom as well as the side. That idea intrigued me and we had them install a new system for us this year. The process was incredibly smooth, absolutely fair priced, and I couldn’t be happier with the equipment and install. Should anything else come up in the future, I’ll call these guys first.
