Sitting in a credit union parking lot eating my lunch. A driver without a handicapped plate or hanger pulls into the HC spot, goes inside. Elderly man with a limp and a cane pulls in next to spot closest to the HC spot, takes forever to make his way inside… First driver comes out, gets in car, vacates the HC spot. Pro ex courier car races in, pulls right into HC spot, walks in building. Old man comes back out, walks past another non-HC vehicle parked in the HC spot close to the door. Shakes his head. I’m shaking mine too.
