Great doctors, the office staff is extremely nice, but somehow two appointments were scheduled without my knowing this month, and I missed them, so they dropped me as a patient. I had just switched to the Mount Pleasant office recently, and battled my insurance to accept the medical director as my "provider" on my insurance plan. I'm on a lot of medications, am being seen for several conditions, and had just been seen for an ER follow-up for a mental health crisis. I tried arguing that I didnt even receive any calls from their automated system from Utah (they always come from the same place), and that got me nowhere. Was distraught yesterday, and received no callback today.
