I’m a loyal customer of New Motion, and I’d love to recommend my amazing acupuncturist, Jenny. I used to struggle with excessive dampness in my body, but after a few sessions with her combined with her dietary recommendations, I improved a lot. What’s even more incredible is that whenever I get a stiff neck, just two or three of Jenny’s needles bring me almost immediate relief—about 80–90% better right away. I really hope she won’t retire too soon, otherwise I honestly wouldn’t know where to find another acupuncturist as reliable as her.

Highly recommend Jenny and Dr. Phoebe! I've visited New Motion Heath Centre to treat my frozen shoulder + tennis elbow. Their acupuncturist, Jenny, is amazing! My left arm was literally immobilized before walked in her door, after the first treatment, I was able to move my arm fully. Their Chiropractor, Dr. Phoebe, is also great! One day I woke up with lots of pain when look over my shoulder, and her treatment relieve the pain instantly. She is very professional and caring. I highly recommend both of them for everyone looking for effective treatment.
