Well, the staff are friendly. That is the only perk at this archaic, listless, outdated airport. There is a small concession. If you forgot your mascara, you are hooped. It is a shame more thought and care for their guests' customer experience has eroded to virtually nothing but a fresh coffee. Lots of room for improvement in this day and age. I dont even think theres a speaker system.

Security staff are not current on shaving products solid vs liquid. Launched a formal complaint for better training with local team. Frequent Flyer who knows the rules very well and wish only for smooth informed experiences for everyone. Building need modernization, cellular repeaters should be top of the list. Guest services are nonexistent or limited in hours. Airport location has so much potential for the area and the people managing do not care beyond a paycheck.

Good airport for general aviators. Loads of parking, not sure about tiedowns. Controllers are quite helpful if you are unfamiliar with the area. Rental cars are available in the terminal. For about what you would pay for taxi rides around town.

This is a small but effective airport with great scenery around it. Took a flight in from Vancouver, short walk from the plane to the inside of the terminal. There are two baggage carousels, though I hardly see why they need more than one. This gets the job done and welcomes you well to Kamloops.
