Prime Steak Niagara Falls exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Barbara, our server, who made our experience even more special with her kindness, professionalism, and excellent recommendations. The drinks were perfectly prepared, and the food was simply spectacular, with juicy and flavorful cuts of steak. I can’t forget to mention the bread they serve at the start – incredibly delicious, one of those little details you never forget. A perfect place to enjoy a high-quality dinner with excellent service and atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

This was likely the best steak I've ever had. I got the New York strip, and it was well-seasoned, well-cooked, juicy, and delicious. It was served with garlic on the side as an optional topping. My husband ordered the Wagyu and enjoyed it. We were also served bread and butter upon ordering (the photo is after we dug in). As for the sides, the mac n cheese was served hot, and it was good. The carrots, though, were one of my favorite sides of any restaurant. I highly recommend ordering them. The service was excellent. Our server was patient, friendly, helpful, and kind. I'd recommend stopping in here. Though we didn't have a reservation, we were seated quickly. I nearly forgot to mention - the restaurant offers views of the Falls.

I recently stayed at the Broke Hotel and wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation, especially for Sandra. She truly made our breakfast experience smooth and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived at the breakfast area, Sandra greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor set the tone for a delightful meal. She ensured that the buffet was well-stocked and that all the items were fresh and delicious. What stood out the most was her willingness to accommodate our dietary preferences and her helpful suggestions on what to try. Her exceptional service made our mornings a highlight of our stay. Thank you, Sandra, for going above and beyond! We look forward to returning to the Broke Hotel and enjoying another wonderful breakfast.

Ended up using a window seat to propose here. The staff was FANTASTIC in helping with everything and we're very hospitable. Thank you guys again if you happen to read this. The view from window seating is great. The food is great, everything we had was plated well, and tasted even better. Great experience and will continue to come again. Absolutely a 10/10 experience with the 10pm fireworks.
