Forget double digits, they'll barely budge 20%. Professionalism? Never heard of it! There's not a single person in this department who actually knows what they're doing. Their genius strategy? Hire clueless newbies straight out of college, then toss them out after six months to a year. Talk about a revolving door. Zero guidance, all the yelling. You won't find a single experienced person to help you out. Make the tiniest mistake? Get ready for a verbal beatdown.
