Every visit is great. Minimal wait time. Staff helpful and courteous. Best thing is my provider Taylor Holland is wonderful. She listens, encourages, and makes me feel valued.

Do not and I repeat do not waste your time at this doctors office. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and they are quick to prescribe you medication but takes their sweet time to refill medication you can not go days without. Taylor Holland is very rude and never returned my calls for over a WEEK requesting a medication refill then decides to call me 5 minutes on a FRIDAY after ignoring my calls for almost a week just to tell me I’m off her hands because I’m pregnant and will not prescribe me my medication that I can not go days without. This left me more than 6 days without medication that can harm me: She also told me my medication was not safe for the baby and made me feel horrible until I went to an actual physician who told me she is incorrect and to never see her again. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Love the Drs. And Practitioners there. Jenny Sullivan is Great as they come as a Nurse Practitioner. She doesn't just prescribe something and send you on the way with checking up on you and changing it if the meds not doing it's job.

Today I had to find a new PCP provider due to careless acts of the nursing staff of my doctor. They don't care,they lie,they don't return calls,and basically treat you wrong. It's like cause we are poor it makes it ok to be that way. I have complained several times how they treat me but it still going on. I called and left my doctors nurse a message that I needed my medical records for the spine doctor. I left the message a week ago but had to cancel cause they never called. So I refuse to be mistreated and I feel like the big wigs don't care either. But in all this bad I must say behavioral health is great. Mrs. Kendall Agee cares and listens.
