This shopping center is just off US-23 is a distance from downtown Prestonsburg, probably the edge of town. The shopping center is in reasonable condition though it could perhaps use a repaving and repainting. It is mostly level and there are security lights. Walmart, Save A Lot, Goodwill, Hibbett Sports, Shoe Show and a Tobacco Shed that might well have been a Photomat back in the day. Who remembers Photomats? There is also a McDonalds and a budget hotel closer to the road. It is a dead end with only the one entrance and exit.

Convenient little shopping area. There is a shoe store, goodwill, dollar tree, sporting store, mcdonalds, walmart, and few others. I just wish the Walmart sold more. It is not a super center.

I go to little Caesars and get a pizza and the dollar tree and I have been going to the goodwill but they have double the price on their used clothes and I can it new at Walmart.
