My wife and I decided last fall it would be a good time to gut the kitchen and start over. What we didnt realize was all the new codes and as in all projects once you start one thing, you add a ton of other projects at the same time. I contacted Dom and his team. They came out and showed us what we needed to have done in order to get the kitchen completed the corrected way. At the end of the day because of the surprises (on our part) of all the new circuits that was required for the kitchen we decided to upgrade the electrical panel at the same time. PEC came in worked with the inspector changed a few things as we also added low voltage lighting. The project just kept getting bigger and bigger, PEC worked with us and not once did they say "cant be done" or "this is going to cost you". I will say because we did have a cost set once we added and moved things , they worked with us and didnt charge us an arm and a leg to get things completed. Our biggest surprise was when it came time to hang the lights his team took over and HUNG everything up. That was a nice surprise. It save me and my wife headaches of trying to figure out how to put everything together. They just did it no questions asked. At the end of the day they came back and cleaned everything up as well.. Great job!!! Would recommend this team to anyone. Large or small, ours went from small to large in a NY minute...

WARNING! STAY AWAY! Prestige did a grossly negligent attempt at knob and tube removal on my home. In addition to leaving about 1/3 of the *live* knob and tube wires in the walls, they wired household lights onto the basement switch, neglected to install some switches and put in motion detector bulbs instead, left coils of wire/wires stapled to the bottom of joists/plates crooked/messes everywhere. I tried working with them to correct the issues. They returned 3 times and addressed some issues, only for me to find even more. I finally said I couldn't trust them to finish the job and hired a different electrician to do an inspection and quote for repairs. They agreed to reimburse for the repairs and have stalled for months, never sending the reimbursement. It has been a disaster. STAY AWAY

Did a terrible job replacing a exhaust fan, did not even bother to secure the fan to the wood structure with screws, so it was just hanging loose on the foam boards , which caused the ceiling to fall down, photo evidence attached. This was uncovered when a general contractor came in to repair the ceiling ! Stay as far away from this electrician as possible ! [ response to the comment below ] you definitely did. I have the invoice . Your business rewired the whole house , did a bunch of cutouts ( bad job patching the cutouts too) , and installed the replacement exhaust fan. Thanks for the offer, but no thanks !
