Ce nouveau point relais se trouve à une heure de trajet de chez moi, et comme je travaille, je ne peux pas m’y déplacer facilement. La dame au téléphone a été extrêmement désagréable, me disant qu’elle n’avait “pas que ça à faire”, alors que son rôle est d’accueillir et de renseigner les clients. Pour couronner le tout, elle m’a raccroché au nez sans me donner la moindre explication. Ce manque de professionnalisme est inacceptable.
